This notice explains what we collect when you use this website or send us an enquiry, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Who we are
FEGINN is a Kuala Lumpur advisory that coordinates professional and specialist providers for clients moving to, investing in or operating a business in Malaysia.
The entity responsible for personal data collected through this website is Gateway Malaysia Enterprise, registration number 202603171811 (003865613-M), of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. For any question about this notice, contact admin@feginn.asia.

What this notice covers
This notice covers the information you give us through this website — the enquiry and application forms, and any message you send to the email address or WhatsApp number published on it.
It does not cover what an independent professional or service provider does with your information once you engage them. They are responsible for their own handling of your data, under their own terms and their own professional obligations.
-
What we collect
We collect only what a form asks for, and only when you choose to send it. Depending on the form, that is:
- Identity and contact details — your name, company name, nationality, country of residence, email address and phone or WhatsApp number.
- What you need — the service or requirement you select, how urgent it is, and whatever you choose to write in your own words.
- Eligibility information, for a visa enquiry — your offshore income position and the number of dependants who would travel with you.
- Business information, for a financing or provider enquiry — business activity, years in business, registration and ownership, turnover, existing financing, security available, and which supporting documents you already hold.
- Professional information, for a partner or provider application — your credentials, licence or registration number, experience, service coverage and commercial terms.
We do not ask for identity-document numbers, bank account details or payment card details through this website. Do not send them through a form. When documents are genuinely required for an application, your advisor will tell you how to send them securely.
-
Why we collect it, and on what basis
We use what you send to understand your requirement, respond to you, identify which services and which providers your matter needs, and coordinate that work.
We rely on your consent, given when you tick the consent box on a form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you have chosen to make. You can withdraw consent at any time — see section 8.
-
Who we share it with
We share what is necessary, with whom it is necessary, and no more than that:
- The professional or specialist providers engaged on your matter — for example an accountant, company secretary, licensed adviser or lawyer — so that they can quote for and carry out the work.
- Financing providers, where you have asked us to approach them on your behalf.
- Service suppliers who host this website or handle our email, acting on our instructions.
- A public authority, where we are required by Malaysian law to disclose information.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
-
Cookies, analytics and tracking
This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no tag manager and no advertising or social-media tracking pixel.
The one third-party request each page makes is to Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) to load the two typefaces the site is set in. That request discloses your IP address and basic browser information to Google, and is governed by Google’s own privacy policy.
If you contact us over WhatsApp, that conversation happens on WhatsApp and is subject to its own terms and privacy policy, not this one.
-
How long we keep it
An enquiry that does not become a matter is kept only as long as we need it to deal with that enquiry and any follow-up, and is then deleted.
Where you become a client, records are kept for as long as the matter is live and afterwards for the period our own legal, tax and professional obligations require.
-
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, and subject to its exceptions, you may:
- Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it where it is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
- Withdraw your consent to our using it, or ask us to limit how we process it.
- Ask us to stop using it for direct marketing.
Write to admin@feginn.asia. We may need to confirm your identity before we act. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before you withdrew it, and it may mean we can no longer progress your matter.
-
Security
This website is served over an encrypted connection, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.
No transmission over the internet is completely secure. Please do not send identity documents, financial statements or payment details through a website form; wait until your advisor tells you how to send them.
-
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. Where an application includes a dependent child, that information comes from the adult applicant.
-
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle personal data — for example by adding analytics, a chat widget or a client login — we will update this notice and change the effective date at the top of this page.
-
How to contact us, and how to complain
For anything in this notice, write to admin@feginn.asia or use the enquiry form.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Commissioner of Malaysia.
