These terms govern your use of this website and the basis on which we coordinate services for you. The short version: we coordinate, appropriately qualified providers deliver, and nothing is chargeable until you have agreed it in writing.
-
Who these terms are with
This website is operated by Gateway Malaysia Enterprise, registration number 202603171811 (003865613-M), of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, trading as FEGINN. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that entity, and “you” means the person using the website or asking us to act.
-
What we do
We are a coordinator. We assess what a requirement actually needs, identify the appropriate professional or specialist providers, engage them where you ask us to, and coordinate the matter through to its conclusion.
We are not a law firm, an audit firm, a licensed financial adviser, a bank or an immigration authority. Work that is regulated in Malaysia is carried out by the appropriately licensed or qualified provider, under their own engagement terms and their own professional responsibility.
-
What this website is
The content of this website is general information about our services and about programmes we can help you with. It is not legal, tax, financial, immigration or investment advice, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance.
Using this website, sending an enquiry or downloading a document does not create a client relationship. That begins only when we have agreed a scope of work with you in writing.
-
Enquiries and forms
You may send us an enquiry through a form on this website, by email or over WhatsApp. Doing so places you under no obligation, and places us under none beyond responding to you.
Please give us accurate information. We rely on what you tell us to work out what your matter needs, and an assessment based on inaccurate information will itself be inaccurate.
-
Scope, fees and payment
Scope, timing and charges are confirmed with you before any material work begins, and no material third-party professional work is commissioned until you have been told what it costs and have accepted it.
Where figures appear on this website — participation fees, professional fees, payment stages — they are the figures applying at the date shown and are confirmed in writing before you commit to anything. Fees payable to a government department or to an independent provider are set by them, not by us.
-
Third-party providers
Where an independent provider is engaged on your matter, your contract for that work is with them. They are responsible for the quality, timing and regulatory compliance of their own work.
We select and coordinate carefully, but we do not guarantee the performance of an independent provider, and we are not liable for their acts or omissions.
-
No guarantee of outcome
Applications and approvals are decided by the relevant authority or institution — the Immigration Department of Malaysia, a bank or financier, a certification body, a regulator — applying their own criteria and their own discretion.
We do not promise or guarantee any outcome, approval, timescale or disbursement, and nothing on this website should be read as doing so.
-
Programme rules change
Immigration, financing and certification requirements change, sometimes without notice and sometimes with immediate effect. Information on this website describes the position as we understand it at the date shown, and we confirm the prevailing requirements before you commit.
-
Intellectual property
The design, text and graphics of this website belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be copied or republished without our written consent.
Official forms made available for download are the property of the authority that issues them, are provided unaltered, and must be used as issued.
-
Availability
We try to keep this website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.
-
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or opportunity, arising from your use of this website or from the acts or omissions of an independent provider.
-
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
-
Changes, and how to contact us
We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one published here at the time you use the website, and the effective date is shown at the top of this page.
